Roxanne and Gary are adventure seeking, dog loving, RV campers. After many happy years in the hospitality and restaurant industry we decided to venture off to create Sip Tap Tow - a concept that showcases everything we love about a high-quality bar and hospitality experience that “taps” in to the beauty of the great outdoors but in a mobile go-anywhere format. If we're not behind the bar at your special event, you can find us on the lake with our paddle boards, hiking with our dogs Daisy and Bodhi, or biking on the trail to the nearest local brewery or winery.
